I have been under Dr Charleston's care for 30 years. they go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone, and they only make me schedule appointments when its necessary, or for a follow-up exam. The Dr. always listen to every question or concern I may have and is available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

One thing I appreciated was that the waiting area was well maintained. I was comfortable. I didn't have to wait after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which i appreciated. All of my questions were answered thoroughly during my appointment. I was given so much information; it really helped me out a lot.
