I went to Dr. Helen Hu when I had shingles and she gave me a salve that immediately gave me relief and healed my shingles with no pain or scarring in less than a week. Also after having a severe cough and chest cold that no antibiotic or western doctor could help for three weeks; finally, I went for acupuncture and special chinese medicine that cleared me up within days. Dr. Hu is my go to MD when all else fails.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did this acupuncturist's staff seem to respect him/her?
Yes! They talked about how great the acupuncturist the whole time!
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The table I laid on during my treatment felt really nice. I was so comfortable. They have really great customer service here. They always put their clients first, regardless of the situation. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I felt safe upon arriving at this clinic. It was in a nice neighborhood and I had no reason to be worried about my car or anything while I was inside. They made sure that their license was prominently displayed. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
