They were able to customize their instruction to meet the needs of those with injuries in the class. It was nice to know that no one would have to be in any pain. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were able to meet everyone at their level of experience, and weren't critical of beginners at all. They treated everyone with respect.
