It took many visits, but I CAN READ !!! I could only read about 20 words per minute; for about one third of a page. Then my speed dropped considerably. Glasses it not help. That was after 12 years of school.

Dr. Kavner is FABULOUS. He detected the reading problem I knew I had since I was a child. I suffered greatly. No one else detected nor understood my problem which was a life long inability for my 2 eyes to focus properly. He had his staff treat me for it. Dr. Kavner and his staff were/are both wonderful and brilliant. Now I can read with no problem. Thank you, Thank you. And, Dr. Kavner is a marvelous eye doctor in general. I can not praise him highly enough.

Richard Kavner was the biggest jerk I have ever met. I was completely unsatisfied with my experience of him as a an 'eye doctor'.
He is rude, cranky, creepy, seems very unprofessional and overall I say stay away and find someone better!

You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.They go out of their way to help. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me. I have noticed over the years how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. Never seen any employer treat their staff better,
