They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, however, although most desk/appt staff are absolutely fantastic, there is one that leaves me feeling funny and judged. Otherwise, I'm usually very satisfied with my visits and leave feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
