Billing procedures are terrible. I was charged $65 for a routine exam that was supposed to be covered by insurance. Staff doesn't have time to check on your insurance.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Evey time i go the staff is stuck up and they never call to remind me about my appointment only good thing they give free extra contacts.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They answered every single question I had, and made it clear that they are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
