They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
