Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Young girl giving eye exam was snotty and the rudest employee I've ever dealt with. THEY DIOLATED MY EYES AND SENT ME HOME WITH NO EYE PROTECTION WHAT SO EVER !!!!! Doctor was unshaven and clothes looked like he used them as a pillow the night before.

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and modern. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
