I was definitely not comfortable during my massage. It was very painful and I couldn't wait for it to be over. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. My massage wasn't very comfortable, mostly because their hands were pretty calloused. I understand that people get callouses, but it made my massage less enjoyable. I definitely didn't get the deep massage I was hoping for. They barely applied any pressure at all.

Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
