I first walked in the door and was struck by how calm this place was, it was tastefully decorated, it smelled wonderful, and it was quiet. Linda greeted me right away, and made me feel comfortable immediately. The table in her room was divine....comfortable flannel sheets, warm fuzzy blankets, and lots of padding on the table to make it feel like I was sleeping in my own bed. In fact, I fell asleep and started to snore! When I apologized, she told me she took snoring as a compliment, and I felt totally at ease for what felt like what could have been an embarrassing moment.
Her technique was exactly what I needed. I left here feeling relaxed, and the tension that I had been feeling for weeks just melted away.
