Monica helped me get on track to make changes in my lifestyle and diet to lose weight, lower my blood sugar and cholesterol. She designed a meal plan to fit my schedule and gave me behavior tips to control those difficult times when I used to snack a lot. She made eating out easier with helpful tools to track my choices. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who needs a true professional.

I needed a dietican to help me manage my PCOS so I set up an appointment with Monica. We discussed everything at length and she created a custom made meal plan for me. I visited her office on Sep 25th and it has been 10 weeks since- in that 10 weeks I have lost 8.8 pounds (my goal is to lose a total of 20). One of those weeks was Thanksgiving and I was still able to be at a loss when I weighted myself on the scale. The meal plan is realistic and I am still able to enjoy some of the foods and drinks I love. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting Monica. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I wanted help with my cholesterol and weight. Monica put together a food plan that is perfect for me and I believe I'll be able to stick to it. It does meet my needs and also fits my lifestyle. My wife was happy that the choices are easy to shop for and make. We both learned so much because of Monica's knowledge and ability to explain my labs and current diet situation. She answered all of our questions and spent a lot of time with us. We looked at labels and eating out issues too. I am happy to refer my friends here. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about starting this new lifesyle. LK

She made her credentials visible which made me feel she was really qualified and I was in the right place. All of my questions were answered completely during our session. I learned so much. She was so kind and attentive to me. Her office was very private and made me feel at ease. After helping me work on lifestyle and behavior issues that we prioritized together she designed a great plan that I am still following. It has a lot of variety and choices that I like. I have already lost over 25 lbs. in the last 5 months - and am very happy since I am getting married at the end of October. I would highly recommend seeing Monica for nutrition and fitness advice. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
Monica is absolutely the best dietitian I have ever met. She listened, helped me set goals that fit my concerns and provided very thorough help and explanations. I will definitely be following up with her regularly!

Best in the area! Would recommend to anyone I know. She really listens to your individual needs and works hard at making sure you understand your health condition. I have never met a better health care provider!
