Monica is a top notch nutritionist. She really knows her stuff, and she explains it in an easy to understand fashion. She is very helpful. If you follow her advice, you will get very healthy. I wouldn't go to anyone else!

Monica was extremely helpful for my daughter who is mentally handicapped and lives in a group home. She is pre-diabetic, has had her knee reconstructed and is overweight. Monica was patient in thoroughly explaining and showing us different meal options. Monica also helped the house manager by showing her meal portion sizes, giving ideas of meals, and writing up suggested foods to help Krista maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Cannot say enough about the excellent person Monica is when is comes to dispensing knowledge about nutrition. I met with her for over an hour to get a "re-boot" on stuff I already knew but needed reminded and reviewed. She is very knowledgeable and patient. Very good teacher and kind. Would highly recommentd

After seeing amazing reviews on two websites I met with Monica Cengia for help to lose weight and feel better. The reviews are absolutely true. Monica helped me set goals and put together a meal plan that I can follow based on what I like to eat. I have lost 6 pounds this month and finally feel successful at changing my life. I highly recommend Monica to anyone struggling to lose weight or change their eating pattern for better health.

So thankful I saw Monica. She inspired me to keep my blood sugar and blood pressure down. With her amazing ideas I finally have been successful in getting off 2 medications and feel so much better. The best part is that it was not hard or time consuming, just finally made some changes and fine tuning I needed to do! I highly recommend seeing this dietitian!

After losing 12 pounds and no more GI pain I am so happy my doctor sent me to Monica. He said she was the best. Our visit was great! She is patient, knowledgable and thoroughly addressed all my issues and questions. I highly recommend her to anyone needing nutrition help!

My doctor told me if you want results see Monica. She was right. After just two visits I am eating healthier than ever, have more energy and feel great. Many of my GI and other issues have gone away and I am really encouraged finally that I can meet the goals Monica and I worked on in the first visit together. She helped me with so many ideas for meals and snacks, how to cope with hunger and eating behaviors.

Best experience for nutrition help ever! If you want to visit with someone who cares and really knows how to explain things well, see Monica. Every minute of the visit was so worthwhile and motivating. I will return and feel that I can now reach my goals with her expert help.
She is the real deal for diet or healthy eating advice.

My doctor told me cholesterol and blood sugars were both getting too high and getting weight off was now required. Since I love to eat and eat out often with friends she encouraged me to visit Monica Cengia for help. I am so glad I went since I now have the tools and a plan on how to get started. She listened to what I wanted to achieve and guided me through the 2-3 changes which could make the biggest difference. Then she taught me how to make adjustments in my meals, snacks and beverages that are all very easy to live with. Three months later I am 16 pounds lighter, have so much more energy and am happy with all the changes I am surprised to say I made without a lot of extra time or money. Feeling so much better in Kettering, OH
