Careful and conscientious. Dr Billstrom went above and beyond to find the source of my problems. Never have to wait. His serums have been effective. His is staff friendly and welcoming. Karen, his billing gal has also gone above and beyond to help me with insurance payments.

I always have a good experience every time I have an appointment here. I'm fairly demanding when it comes to paperwork, and how I have to do insurances, etc., and they're always very accomodating. I've never doubted their abilities. The nurses for shots are great and make it as quick and painless as possible. I feel that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up with me and have gotten to know me as I've been a longstanding patient.

Dr. Bilstrom and his support staff are wonderful. As a patient, I always felt like he took the time to understand my concerns, address my list of questions, he provides ample time to make sure my questions and needs are all covered without feeling rushed. Dr. Bilstrom provides great clinical skills, and exacting about finding root cause of my problems. He spends time to explain all findings. I feel the front office staff is not very friendly but efficient, just not personable - so unlike the clinical staff and the doctor.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
