He is a wonderful Dr. always spends time with his patients and never rushes them out the door. My family has been with him since 2001 and we will stay with him until he retires. Love this Doc!

We never got a chance to see Dr. Cerato because his Office Manager Kim was a RUDE NASTY person to me over the phone regarding an office visit copay that turns out was not even required by the insurance company because we have a deductible plan. I was talked down to and told that patients who don't pay their bills are the reason I was being turned away. I was turned away before my benefits had even been verified to see if I had a copay for the visit or not. I work in the health care industry and I am well aware that you can be billed for copays, deductible amounts, etc. The way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. Kim should not be called an "Office Manager" She caused Dr. Cerato to lose a patient and revenue from his office. Some times it is just the tone in your voice that can change the entire experience and she had NOTHING to offer, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!! At the end of our call I was hung up on.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
