I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. They just closed a office and are now located in only one office. I had to wait over 2 hours to see the doctor past my appointment time. Office staff was understaffed and overworked.
