They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. They are especially helpful to first time parents like me.

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
