They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
