I have been seen by Dr. Zemel for over a year now. I have to say that most of the complaints on here are extreemley valid. The staff is unprofessional. You will wait sometimes up to an hour after your appointment to see the doctor, and will experince a lot of attitude from staff. However, Dr. Zemel is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He really cares and when you do get to see him he will not rush you and will listen to everything you have to say. He's very knowledgable and cautious. If you can put up with everything else you will get great care. After waiting 45 mins for my first appointment, I thought I would never go back. But once you see how smart the doctor is, it's worth it. I recommend you bring a book!
