I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
