It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. He is the best doctor in the world!!!

All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. I was able to completely relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Dr. Frank Martinez was my pediatrician when I was a kid, and now he cares for my children.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
