Doctor Caruthers is an excellent dermatologist. He takes time with his patients and is thorough in his examination. It is hard to find a doctor so well versed in skin problems in African Americans. Sometimes you might have to wait a while in the waiting room, but that is because he sits and listens to you and he explains your problem and what recommends and why.

I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The doctor and is extremely friendly and welcoming. The staff usually tries to make appointments that work for me and my schedule, but some of them could do better with customer service skills.
