When I called the woman on the phone was not willing to schedule an appointment around my time. So that was a little difficult. The doctor on the other hand was amazing. One of the nicest doctors I have met.

This dr operated on my son years ago to input tubes in his ears. My only concern was that when there was a problem after surgery and my son had blood running out one of his ears, I was unable to reach the dr since it was a jewish holiday. I had to wait 3 DAYS and then take him in screaming as the dr worked dilligently to remove the clotted blood from the tube with no paid medicine for my child.

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
