Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Dr Mishell is a competent ENT. We have been taking our children to him for about a year. The only thing that is frustrating is that there is a lot of overbooking, and we have waited for as much as an hour past our scheduled appointment, only to see the doctor for a short 5 minutes. I do have to say the audiology lab has been wonderful. We have not ever had to wait long for our audiology appointments. Even with the short visits with Dr Mishell, however, we do feel that he has done a great job with diagnosing our child's issue, and he was willing to listen to me when I informed him about another doctor's opinion. He ordered a test he didn't think was necessary based off of the other doctor's recommendation and my request. Even though the test was negative, I was glad he was willing to check it out. In spite of the long waits past our appointment times, I will probably continue to go back.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
