Was told by the nurse the appointment scheduler should have not made me wait two weeks for an eye problem. It was my first visit and I was told to get there early but watched as my appointment time clicked away while sales person were taken in ahead of a room full of patients. When I received my bill I was charged for an eye exam for glasses which I didn't have. The young lady that dilated my eyes only checked to see what my vision was. I couldn't get this resolved with the billing department and was treated poorly. I was told that they would get back with me and when the girl called back she said we have your prescription for glasses waiting here for you and my response was how can you when I didn't get an exam for glasses. I paid the bill for the exam in addition to what medicare paid and the thirty dollars I was asked for while in the office and I'm still not sure what that was for because it didn't show on the bill I received. Dr Clark was okay but rushed in and out.

An okay place I think doctor Clark is on his game.
However there is a big mouth bafoon lady that runs the optical shop retail section. She has got to go ...i won't come back until she's gone.
