They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. My 3 boys are very comfortable with Dr.Amy and she makes them feel special and she listens to what they have to say and addresses any concerns I might have without making us feel rushed.

Yes, they were immaculate!

Not at all, their cologne smelled great
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
