Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health.
