They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy a little tricky to find. I paid my copay & later rec'ed a bill. I kept my receipt, thankfully so keep ur proof of pmt.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
