Terrible experience. Dr. Gallagher hardly spent any time with me and barely looked at me during my appointment; it was extremely impersonal. He forgot to fill my prescription so I had to call the office. It took 9 calls to talk to a human being and at one point the nurse laughed at me when I told her about one of my asthma symptoms.

This practice is in a good area, easy to get to and always clean. I have had many visits with Allergy and Asthma Assoc. of NW PA that I know I am treated well. They care about their patients and the safety of them all especially those with severe allergies. Dr. Gallagher is kind and good at what he does. The staff is great and try very hard to make the patients comfortable. I have trusted them with my care for 15 yrs.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.
