I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
