Yes that's so true . The rudeness of the staff is so bad. My golly how is it that patients and spa clients pay so much money to be treated so rotten? I've not ever in my life been treated as nasty in a doctor's office as I have in this one.

CODE OF ETHICS MATTERS ... And they don't have it at that practice... If the head is sick the whole body will be .. seeing the DOCTOR IS SHADY ... How can u trust anything she sells? OR her staff? YOU CANNOT .

Dr Frankel will squeeze you for extra appointment $$$ and has no regard for your condition as a patient. Would you want to wait an extra 2 months to find out if you had skin cancer, just so she can make more $$$?! I had been seen by Dr. Bharier in this office for years. When I called to have a suspicious mole checked, they made me wait a month to get an appointment with the NP. I was then told the NP would be dealing with me from there on. The NP barely looked at me and only gave me 5 mins. They made me wait another 3 wks to have the mole biopsy done because they wanted me to pay for an extra appointment. I was literally told Blue Cross would flag it if they did it any sooner so I had to wait! The biopsy only took 5 mins and was my sole purpose for the 1st appointment which they called a "follow up". It took me another 2 wks to chase them down for my test results. I was also told I could go back for a 3rd appointment if I wanted the rest of the mole removed. (Not to mention the 2 hrs I spent going back and forth between their office and CVS to try to get my RX changed to something more affordable.)
