The staff here was very friendly & dr was great. They actually SPEND TIME with you & listen to what you have to say. To the ignorant person making the complaints about magazines & not having your "customer complaints" satisfied, HELLOOO...this is not a retail store where u complain about rotten food. You were at a DR'S OFFICE. And as far as them not remembering your name, do you realize how many patients they have?!! I watched some lady in the waiting room act like a total moron & i just dont understand how impatient, selfish, & inconsiderate people are these days. Everyone has a right to speak out, but be prepared to be called an idiot.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

No, I had to pay for parking!

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

The front office staff is VERY helpful. I usually speak with a lady named Kayla. She has helped me so much with my med refills, and just over all being a very kind and concerned person. I enjoy seeing her smiling face when I come in. I am giving her great KUDOS : ) Dr Tom is also great. Very patient and actually listens to the patient. I had a personal issue that we discussed and I left there feeling better after discussing it with the doctor. Altogether I am glad that I found a doctors office with care and consideration for their patients. Keep strong and god bless
