I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Dr. Summe is the best doctor by far that I have had the pleasure to meet in my forty some years of dealing with doctors.
