Prone to poor judgement. I had a cervical disc herniation with severe arm pain and muscle atrophy. He couldn't diagnose it and ignored the intense pain (I finally got Toradol a few days later, after an MRI verfied the problem). Too afraid of legal consequences to treat my pain!. He lacks empathy and a full understanding of his own speciality.

Worst doctor I have ever encountered. He was very rude and lied to the court about my disability and kept me from getting it. Now I am homeless because I can't physically work and can't get disability.

Dr. Chivukula has been our Doctor for several years, and has always shown great respect, and courtesy to both my husband and I. He has been very attentive to our needs, especially with my husband's seizure disorder.

They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
