They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I waited forever for my appointment!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. This provider did not answer my questions. He promised to help me and admitted me to East Alabama Community Hospital with the assurance I would not go home untill my problem was resolved. After only one test and one night he discharged me. He was hard to understand and would not take the time to listen. I will never see this doctor again!
