SHE IS REALLY MISSED,I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS AMAZING DOCTOR JUST LEFT MEDICINE, I THINK SHE IS GOING TO SHOW UP IN RESEARCH,OR TEACHING MED STUDENTS .SHE IS BRILLANT ! AND WOULD BE A LOST TO THE MEDICAL WORLD..

I always had a good experience when I had an appointment with Dr. Burgess. The only issue I have had is that there is usually at least a 1/2 hour wait. I am very upset that Dr. Burgess has left the practice and has not left a forwarding address. I assume that the existing doctors at the practice do not want to tell us where she went because they do not want to lose patients. If that the case, it is so unprofessional and unfair. A doctor/patient relationship should be respected. If you are reading this Dr. Burgess, please contact me. I need you in my life.

I am very disappointed that Dr. Carol Burgess left the practice. But I do hope that if and when Dr. Burgess opens up another practice that she gets a hold of me as soon as she is able. I really do not want to see another doctor other than Dr. Burgess. Dr. Burgess is really the best one around and knows her stuff. Very patient and lsitens to everything you say to her. Always has answers and shows her concern. I really hope Dr. Burgess will get in touch with me when she has info where she will be.

I am very upset that I can no longer find Dr. Burgess, and the staff at Prime Care are of NO help. I would love to hear that she is opening an office. Please, Dr. Burgess, if you are reading this, let your former patients know when and where you are opening an office as soon as possible. If you are NOT planning to open an office, it would be good to know that, also. I, for one, miss you already.
