Mitchell Cohen, MD, FACC, FHRS, is the Co-Director of the Pediatric Heart Program and Chief of Pediatric Cardiology at Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital. He is a pediatric and adult congenital electrophysiologist. His clinical and research interests address long-term outcomes of children with cardiovascular implantable electronic devices, genotype specific therapies for patients with channelopathies, catheter ablation for all types of arrhythmias including Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, and late arrhythmic outcomes in adults with congenital heart disease. Dr Cohen has performed more than 4,000 EP procedures and ablations. He has lectured at over 300 scientific meetings and has published more than 100 papers and book chapters.
