Prior to joining Inova, Dr Holland practiced at Norton Children’s Hospital and the University of Louisville in Kentucky.
Dr Holland’s clinical and research interests include finding new ways to improve care for babies with heart defects diagnosed during pregnancy. He has developed novel ways to use telemedicine to provide advanced testing across large regions (fetal tele-echo).
