Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I found my way into Midwifery after working with adolescents and young mothers. Many of them expressed a desire to learn more about their bodies and sexual health, but felt uncomfortable talking with their healthcare providers. I made a career change to help be a part of the solution. What I want my patients to know about me: My goal is to create a safe space where people feel empowered to take control of their health. I am especially passionate about reproductive rights, contraceptive education, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, and mental health wellness. You know your body best, and I am here to listen and help ensure that your physical and emotional needs are met.
