Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I envision a world where everyone has equal access to becoming and staying healthy. Based on this motivation, I worked for many years in public health. From there, I felt called to deepen my personal relationship with others by becoming a healthcare provider. What I want my patients to know about me: I am passionate about women's health at all stages of life. I value shared decision-making and I believe that each of us know the challenges and opportunities of our own lives best. I bring a broad range of experiences and knowledge to my midwifery practice, including relating to people of different racial, ethnic, religious and political backgrounds than myself.
