He completed the general surgery residency at Wyckoff HeightsMedical Center in Brooklyn, followed by the vascular surgery fellowshipat Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in New Jersey. Having been bornand raised in New York and completing his training in the area, he isintimately familiar with the patients and care in the area.
Dr.Segal has been involved in clinical research within thefield of vascular surgery. He has authored in peer-reviewed journals,written 2 book chapters as well as presenting at regionalmedical conferences. He is a member of the American College ofSurgeons and the Society for Vascular Surgery.
