Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I value having a skill set that allows me to take care of people at their most vulnerable. Biology, biochemistry, and other life sciences have fascinated me since I was a child, and I wanted to have a career where I could apply these sciences towards changing the outcomes for my patients. What I want my patients to know about me: Each patient has a unique background, values, and ideals that influence their goals when seeking healthcare.
