Services Swedish Massage
With Swedish massage, the therapist lubricates the skin with massage oil and performs various massage strokes that warm up and work the muscle tissue, releasing tension and breaking up muscle “knots” or adhered tissues, called adhesions. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, eases muscle tension, and creates other health benefits. Each session is personalized by your therapist for your very own specific blend of pressure and techniques.

Sports Massage
Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles.

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy focuses on the release of tension around specific nerve centers found throughout your body. It is great for relieving cramped and overused muscles.

Myofacial Massage
Myofascial release is stretching of the fascia, the thin tissue that covers all the organs of the body. This tissue covers every muscle and fiber within each muscle. When muscle fibers are injured, the fibers and the fascia surrounding it become short and tight. Myofascial release treats these symptoms by releasing the uneven tightness in injured fascia. Myofascial release can address complaints such as chronic back pain, headaches, strains, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is the exerting of pressure on targeted areas of the feet (or hands) using the acupressure points found on a reflexology foot chart. The art is said to have originated in the lands of China, Egypt, and India and has its basis in the belief that reflex points on the soles of the feet correspond to the various organs and parts of the body. For example, the inner edge of the foot has points relating to the spine and back, while the eyes, ears, and sinuses are represented on the pads of the toes.

Deep Tissue Massage
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
