Ann has ben keeping this over 85 body in "working condition" for over 15 years. She has an excellent background in physical therapy, massage and other holistic modalities. She incorporates all in her individualized sessions, which are normally 1 1/2 hour in length. I come out feeling relaxed and whole. Parking in designated spaces off King St in Halloway Block parking makes it convenient, as well.
