Shelley IS INCREDIBLE!!!!! I have been her patient for over 2 years in CBT and PTSD treatment. I have never been treated so well. Shelley is so very caring, very personable, yet, very professional. I TRUST HER WITH MY LIFE!!!! Thats what therapists are supposed to do.
They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Shelley Hanks is a very personable, compassionate professional for those with any type of issue, namely PTSD emdr. I never wait longer than 5 minutes. I recommend her to people who have serious issues because she is very caring and speaks in lamen term.
