I have an Old English Bulldogge that needed bilateral entropian surgery. Dr Moris was very kind while examining her, (my dog is 90 lbs of pure puppy yet). I was very pleased with the outcome of the surgery. During her post op visit the Doctor did an excellent job removing the sutures without any type of sudation. I had a previous consultation with an Ophthalmic Veterinarian from Cedar Rapids. He was very rough and absolutely had no bed side manner. I definitely would never go to him and I'm glad I sought out a second opinion.

These veterinarians are dangerous, they are incompetent and the only thing they are interested is in your bu$ine$$ and not your pet. Three of their veterinarians ( Dr. Christy Moris, Dr. Catherine Smith and Dr. Blaine Nicks) said that my dog needed to be euthanized, but I refused. At first they did not want to give me my dog back because they said that my dog was dying and that taking her home like that was medical abuse, finally the Police was called and they allowed me to take Willow home. Before that, they wrapped her injured and dirty leg with a very elaborate wrapping where the first layer over the dirty wound was three layers of seram wrap and lots of gauze to hide the plastic wrap. Then they sealed the leg with a rubber membrane, so the leg will rot. And it did. Dr. Teasdale saved my Willow. Do not go to Veterinary Associates of Galena, you will regret it.
