I called to request an appointment for my child and after sharing that I am Deaf and my child is hearing Lucy told me that she refuses to provide access to me as a parent. I was very disappointed to see that in the mental health arena, where services are scarce, and vitally needed that a therapist was flat our refusing to provide support because providing interpreters is an expense she was not willing to absorb for the first appointment. That is truly sad. Tells a lot about the therapist.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
