Stroller Fitness is an innovative type of workout that includes you, your child, your stroller, and your environment to get you fit and have fun in the process!
Adding simple exercises with 3-lb hand weights and your stroller, you'll get a full body workout through a multitude of exercise modalities. We love incorporating balance, core, and functional training exercises to kick-it-up a notch to make a basic move more challenging with slight modifications.
These classes will take the guess-work out of exercises and leave you with a head-to-toe strength training and cardio workout.
