Hi, I'm John Hoadley. I train clients through out Connecticut at fitness facilities, in their homes & outdoors. Since age 12, I have been a fitness enthusiast and interested in health personally & professionally.

My love for fitness comes from my view that it helps people make positive changes in their lives. One of the greatest rewards of a trainer / instructor is to see that look in a person's eye and the smile on their face, when they are learning and achieving their goals.

They've accomplished something and feel better about themselves.

Fitness helps people to become better in many aspects. They get in shape, have a positive attitude, more self confidence and self discipline, leading to a healthier, happier and longer life. This is the reason I became a personal trainer & instructor.
