They are the most unprofessional optometrist office I’ve ever visited. The eye exam went well but everything after that was horrible. I decided not to order my glasses from this shop because of a bad feeling due to dis-organization. My husband however decided to give them a chance and has regretted ever since. He provided them with his own designer frames to have his prescription lenses installed. After an lengthy amount of time we inquired about what was taking so long and was informed that the lab broke the frames and he could come down and pick out another frame. The choices provided were not designer frames like the ones my husband provided. He was informed to produce a receipt in order for the company to buy the same frames. My husband had discarded the receipt so they went online to find the cheapest price for the frames and credited his account for that amount toward the purchase of new frames from their shop which was less than what my husband paid for the frame originally. So once he shelled out more money for a second pair of frames they were sent to the lab to have the lenses installed. The lab broke those frames as well. So the shop sent a third set to the lab which they got right this time and the shop informed my husband his glasses were ready for pick up and informed him that he had a balance to pay on the frames since he only paid half up front with the remaining due at pick up. They didn’t try to credit him anything for all the hassle and delays experienced or anything. This is poor business practices and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I got my LASIK done by Dr. Achiron about 6 months ago. Everything went as expected. 1-2 days after procedure I could see great. No more contacts or glasses. During my follow ups he always take the time to answer my questions.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
