I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I keep asking this veterinarian if they could send out reminder cards for pets annual exams and they say that they do, but I've never received one before. It would just be so nice if they would make the extra effort for their patients.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave as they are also greeted by loving neighboring pet owners awaiting their visit. Only positive replys come from the pet owners about the services ATA wellness clinic provides and I'm Happy :)
